Carlamp.com Returns Policy

At Carlamp.com we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us; therefore we make our returns policy very simple. Our "no quibbles" promise means that if, for any reason, you are unhappy with the part that you have purchased, you can just return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the goods, and we will issue a refund for the price of the item.

This is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items for return are sent carriage paid (i.e. you pay for the carriage to get the parcel back to us). We will of course be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is as a result of our error or if the goods arrived to you damaged.
  2. Items for return (excluding those that were received damaged) must be in a re-saleable condition.
  3. Damaged or incorrectly supplied items must be notified to Carlamp.com in writing either by e-mail to info@carlamp.com or by fax to 0800 904778 within 3 days of receipt of your order, quoting the original order number. Once you have done this you will be given a goods returns number by return e-mail or fax.
  4. All returns must be accompanied by the senders name and address, and a copy of the original invoice stating the reason for the return.
  5. Please note that we can only process returns for items purchased from Carlamp.com.
  6. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Warranty

  1. A limited one year warranty is provide by Carlamp.com and is applied to all our automotive lamps, and warrant these lamps to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Liability will under no circumstances exceed the amount of its original sale or the replacement of the defective merchandise.
  2. Carlamp.com warranty does not cover merchandise failure due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, improper and unauthorised repairs, alteration or modification.
  3. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any freight charges (except those listed in section 1 of the Carlamp.com returns policy), the cost of parts removal, consequential or subsequent damages, or normal ware and tear.
  4. Returns number must be obtained for any faulty items being returned. Any items returned carriage unpaid will be refused.
